Prompts for Self-Refection and Self-Care

Hey Dolphins, research shows that journaling is a good way to assist you in your personal growth journey. It can sometimes be challenging to think about what to write. If you're looking for inspiration, go no further. Whether you write for 5 minutes, 1 hour or somewhere in-between, practice this self-care habit using the prompts below:

Journaling

  • How can you celebrate yourself today?
  • What can you do today that you didn't think you could do a year ago?

  • How can you remind yourself that you're enough?
  • What is a goal you want to accomplish and why?
  • How do you recharge?
