This guide is designed to help you find and use resources relating to Spanish Language acquisition. Use the tabs to the left to navigate through this guide.
The Reading Skills tab, located on the left navigation bar, provides helpful resources to enhance your Spanish reading skills. Whether you are interested in reading award-winning Spanish books, seeking children's materials in Spanish, catching up on current events in Spanish newspapers, or discovering scholarly articles in Spanish, reading is a great way to enhance your language acquisition.
The Listening Skills tab offers various resources to help you enhance your listening comprehension. Understanding someone when they speak to you is vital when learning a foreign language. Through watching movies and online videos, listening to Podcasts and stories read aloud, you can improve your pronunciation and understanding of how a language is structured in a fun and engaging way.
The Reference & Research tab features resources to help you explore Spanish vocabulary, grammar, and expressions. Also available here are resources to help you explore the diverse cultures of the Spanish-speaking world. Search peer-reviewed articles, explore interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary databases, and browse newspapers and journals. Understanding the culture of the people who speak the language you are learning is just as important as learning the language itself.
